Do the CPUs come with integrated graphics? I would imagine the battery life would be terrible if they were only using the 5070

Was really interested in looking into this, but both screen options are 300 nit which doesn't cut it imo for a mid to high end laptop.

it's actually a 5060 marketed as a 5070. Nvidia got greedy AF and now we either pay $2k+ for the 5090 or we get an incremental, minor generational upgrade. Gone are the days of getting the performance of the previous generation xx80 TI or xx90 series card in the new xx70 series, as we did previously - proper generational advancements. I reluctantly paid $2k+ for the 5090 and sold my 4090 for $1800.

I know that used to be the case, but I was surprised to find that my desktop 4090 idled at only 24 watts for non-gaming desktop display, which is pretty darn efficient and perhaps more so than the integrated graphics. I found this out because I'm a nerd so I asked AI if the integrated graphics or the 4090 were more efficient, and it told me the 4090 uses less power for light tasks than the integrated Ryzen 7k series graphics. I couldn't believe it, so I tested the power draw of the 4090 - 24 watts! 🤯

Ryzen integrated graphics would use about 1 watt in the same situation. Definitely not "perhaps more [efficient] than the integrated graphics."
