Where do you shop for tires?

There are a variety of choices near me. Hibdon, Discount Tire, Costco, Firestone, Big O Tire, Pep Boys, Sams Club, Walmart, etc. It seems like the best deal is to buy something that has a factory rebate or gift card. Continental has a $200 reward if you use their credit card. Bridgestone has $120. I feel like I'm missing something looking around. Any help is appreciated. Specific tire sizes I need are 245/60r-18 and 195/65r-15. Thanks for any help.

The only thing I remember is folks saying buy them from Tire Rack and have Costco install them or perhaps someone else. The other thing is to get the lowest price and and have the local vendors compete for it.
Whoever offers the most benefits. Lifetime rotations, etc.
