wrong even after updates the spyware comes back. even a clean install of windows people report it coming back. these are trash. just look on YouTube.
Where is the report? I do have one, the newer lot and did not find any malware but still did a fresh installation. I have checked all the reviews of that issue and the issue was simple, they simply left the Windows Security Bypass Tool for Microsoft Account requirement tool inside the SSD, after installing OS before shipping. I have also checked the reviewers confirming that in newer lots, they did not find any suspicious tools.
And that Windows Account Bypass tool is pretty common and used by many. One of the most common USB Bootable OS creation tool Rufus does come with those features integrated. The software was in the Windows recovery partition. If you have received any of those batches, simply format the whole SSD and reinstalling the OS would do the trick.
But none of the newer series or models have the issue at all.

As I request in every one of these AceMagic threads, can anyone provide info of any virus that infects the BIOS of any of the major 4 PC BIOS manufacturers? Tip: The EFI partition on the hard disk is NOT the BIOS, which some of these "techs" in the videos keep referring to.

And 2ndly you are lying because you got caught spreading false info in other threads. There were some malware for bypassing Windows Login without Microsoft account and that's it. Any fresh installation will clean that.
Show me any link wheré it has been told that a fresh installation wouldn't remove it
And none of their mini PCs after that, have been reported to come with any malware.
