The actors went for a more realistic and less cartoony approach, some people dislike it but I think they did a fine job, and anyone who is only interested in watching this in English should buy it.

Is this one the original dub with the censorship or the newer dub?

This is the newer English dub without censorship. Viz media did the new dub and I double checked the "cast and crew" page to confirm it's the new voice actors. They do a good job and this is how I watched the show for the first time, I never felt like I was missing out even though I don't doubt that the Japanese is better.
