How does PETG-CF print? I've had a good deal of spaghetti failures on my X1C with normal PETG. So much so that I've started printing with ABS when I need strength parts (eg pegboard hooks) and it's printed so much easier.

PETG should print fine with any printer. Did you dry the filament prior to printing? Petg generally needs to be dried prior to printing with it.

I've had the same issues and tried every trick in the book to improve adhesion. Drying it is the last most time consuming step I haven't tried yet but I'm about to get there it's been so frustrating

Drying being the top answer as well the most "costly" answer is for a reason...

Hard to say. They've been teasing the release of these filaments for a few weeks on social but gave no indication on pricing. Today is the first day they have been available for purchase. It may be introductory pricing, but hopefully it's here to stay like they did with their Centauri (at least for now). I ordered one of Each to try. I've never printed with any of these types of filaments as they are usually more than I wanted to spend, but pricing here is right for me. I'm most looking forward for the PAHT-CF as I have some projects I wanted to do and the Polymaker equivalent is very expensive at double the price.

Also, for anyone buying, make sure to remove the "worry free" shipping that may get auto-added to your cart. At least I did. It's Elegoo's responsibility to make sure my order gets delivered.

Fiber infused filaments leave bits of fiber in your skin. They are also bad for your lungs if you sand them, so wear a respirator.

Yup, always dry all my filament. I also live in an extremely dry climate.

Petg-cf is one that definitely needs dried when you get it. 65C for over 6 hrs and you should be good to go. Makes a huge difference in the stringiness

High temp nylon (with CF filler in this case). I've got a roll of eSun and it's an absolute witch to get dry and print with. Temps aren't that bad - 270-280C is hot enough. It's got a lot of stiffness and good strength (but failures are brittle). at $60/750g and the aforementioned moisture issues (I live in the humid mid-atlantic) I haven't printed too much with it. There's no mention of the material properties or percent of carbon fiber fill.

I have used this company https://eryone3d.com. Have used more the 30 rolls mostly PETG-CF with very little issue. when they have sales I think they are close to unbeatable. What I like about the PETG-CF I see very little in layer lines.
