yeah, sometimes they do it early so you can preload but most of the time they do not

I'm a big Borderlands fan but after pre ordering the top tier version of BL3 then having to pay for more DLC later on kinda left a sour taste in my mouth. Hate to say it but this new game just doesn't excite me after that experience.
