Item arrived melted in a smashed box with melted candy and a warm ice pack. Buyers beware- I was home at time of delivery. They made me jump through hoops when I contacted them for specifics, then pictures, and want videos. I provided them pictures and detailed information. Customer service was terrible, inept, and refused to do anything for me and closed my case. Seems like this has been happening to many people. I will never buy from them again-complete waste

I ordered these a few days ago and didn't have the greatest of expectations with all the heat we have been having and the shit service the postal service has now a days. But my pack arrived yesterday in a nice sturdy box. Inside the box was a thermal protection bag and the candy packed between three cool ice bags. It was perfect.
I was expecting a big ole choco mess. I would definitely order again.

I would agree with something I read - don't order chocolates between about April and September if you live in the South. Mine were delivered about half melted. They were wrapped in an insulated bag that included two cold packs, both of which were completely thawed and warm.
