The ASRock Z890 Steel Legend WiFi is a solidly midrange full size atx z890 (high end chipset) motherboard. Arrow lake is the first generation on the lga 1851 socket, but unfortunately it's currently looking like future cpu generations won't be on lga 1851, only arrow lake refresh. This motherboard supports overclocking, and has a frankly overkill 18(80a)+1+1+1+1 phase vrm. Storage support is rather good, with 4 m.2 slots (1x gen5, 3x gen4) and 4 sata ports. There are built in heatsinks for 3 of the m.2 slots. Pcie expansion is acceptable, it has 1x gen5 x16 primary slot, 1x gen4 x16 (x4 mode) slot, and 1x gen4 x4 slot. Connectivity is quite good, it has wifi 7 + bluetooth 5.4, and 2.5 gigabit lan. Usb connectivity and overall io is rather good, and it has two thunderbolt 4 type c ports. There is a hdmi 2.1 port but no displayport output, (not relevant with this cpu, since there's no igpu), but you could always use one of the usb c ports in displayport alt mode. The onboard Realtek ALC1220 is a major step up over the realtek alc 897 you'll usually find on more budget oriented boards.

The included ram being only 16gb with 8gb dimms is a fairly major downside, 16gb is still grudgingly fine for most gaming and standard use cases, but 32gb is generally optimal. The ram specs themselves are fairly good though, ddr5 6400 cl32 is decent and should be using hynix memory chips, which have excellent overclocking/tuning potential. You could technically purchase another of the exact same 16gb kit to run in a 4 dimm (two 8gb dimms per channel) configuration, though that can be quite finicky even at xmp speeds (stability issues may occur) and drastically cuts overclocking potential. I'd personally recommend selling the included kit for ~$40 and getting a cheap 32gb (2x16gb) ddr5 7200 CL34 kit for ~$100. Or, if you're comfortable with manual overclocking/tuning, just purchasing the cheapest 32gb hynix ram kit you can find (generally ~$80).
Overall, if the lack of an igpu isn't a dealbreaker, this combo is a very good value. It's theoretically possible that with amazon prime day and newegg's "fantastech" sale coming up there might potentially be better deals (and it's always possible another newegg pc builder flash sale will come along), but in terms of value this deal sits firmly in the upper echelons of combos that have been available over the past year.

I don't why this is getting down voted but top 10 CPU sales on Amazon are all Ryzen series. Numbers speak for themselves
