These are Steam Games. You need a PC for all of them. And, yes, Half Life Alyx is only available on PC.

BTW - if you are buying this might as well get it from greenmangaming since you'll get the Alex Murphy edition for $4.80 instead of the standard edition from Steam for $5. I saw that it's even cheaper ($4.44) on a website called gamerthor, but I've no experience with that site and didn't want to bother creating a new account just for a few cents.
EDIT: It's not the "Alex Murphy edition" but read that thread and you can find it cheaper too. I don't think it's worth paying extra for that edition when the base game is adequate. To each their own though.

Hades is incredible. It's worth it at full price. This deal is a must have
