Heavy Rain is amazing - at least when it came out. Actually, a great plot.

Detroit Become Human and Heavy Rain are good. I haven't tried the other two.

Indigo Prophecy is the OG, from the original Xbox. Heavy Rain was next on PS3, followed by Beyond: Two Souls. Then Detroit Become Human is their latest. So to temper expectations, I'd say start with Indigo Prophecy. None of the stories are related btw. They all play similarly with the decision making drastically affecting the outcome/ending to each.

Wanted to play Detroit: Become Human, but I hate quick time events. Can they be toned down?

All great games. Even though Indigo Prophecy is certainly old, the story still holds up. I played through it again a couple years ago, and still enjoyed it. Heavy Rain has the best story of all of these. That game is a classic. I bought a PS3 specifically for that when it came out.

i would save Detroit for last or 2nd to last

Last because its a most game and the best one, and you want a taste first
Maybe start with Heavy Rain

Maybe 2nd to last because there's alot of replay value to Detroit, you could enjoy running through it once every 2-3 months

Go back to Indigo Prophecy or Fahrenheit (different name for different regions), that was a banger too and I kind of enjoyed it jumping the shark.

I recently played Detroit for the first time and was blown away. Check out reviews online - enormously positive. This kind of game isn't for everyone but a huge proportion of people who like it even say it is the greatest game ever made. I think I am in that camp. It is phenomenal. I advocated to everyone I know to go buy it.

Love Detroit Become Human. One of the few games I've actually finished, but that might just be because it's kind of short. But still an awesome game, and you can play it many different ways. The graphics blew me away when I first got it. Looked amazing for a PS4 game. Usually, a lot of cut scenes annoy me, but in here I didn't mind. It was like a really interesting choose your own adventure.

Detroit was a good game but I thought the story was pretty flawed, it was really trying to get you to go one way
