This is sweetened with Erythritol, which people with cardiovascular issues should avoid. A recent study showed that the sweetener can increase blood clots 2-3x, which increases the risk of heart attacks and stroke for up to 3 days.

The high sodium level (430mg) and erythritol does not make this a heart-friendly snack.
