Does this fall into the scope of a "DC15V-24V/2.6A"? I have a small 200w unit that I want to have a solar charger for. I was told that a solar charger I need is "DC15V-24V/2.6A" and I can't seem to find that info on any panels.

Since you mentioned 200w, I am going to assume you are talking about a power station.

This panel have a "open circuit voltage" of 22v, so it's within input spec for your power station. However, 10w is really really slow. Look for a watt-hour(Wh) rating of you power station. Let's say it's 200Wh, that would mean it takes 20 hours of perfect output from the solar panel to fully charge your power station from empty to full. Not very practical.

This is used more for charging up a small LED light or camera, where the draw may be in 5w range or so.
