What's insulting is comparing a standard release of a film vs a boutique label release like Criterion is putting out. Is everyone going to want this? Of course not but its pretty simple, if you don't want these extra features don't purchase the release.

I feel like if you get Criterion content, you're an enthusiast that wants the best quality due to the high price.
