I used to have the same issue, but later ended up using straps more often than not -- for example, pullups with bare hands, then Pendlay rows with straps. It helps me finish my sets more completely without completely fatiguing my hands, etc. It also lets me work around elbow tendonitis a little more easily. Good to have in the bag, but not a crutch.

These are great for things like front squats and deadlifts, where grip can be a limiting factor at some point.

Pro has silicon add on. It might be helpful if your hands might get too sweating otherwise I'd stick to regular kind w/o silicon as it can dry rub too much against the palm of your hand. Otherwise these seem to be good quality and great buy at this price

This is a fantastic deal. I use these for deadlifts because otherwise, grip strength would be a limiting factor in how much I could lift.
