You are paying mostly for salt. Don't do it. Better to buy real Cajun seasoning and just use salt separately.

There's no such thing as real Cajun seasoning. You think Cajuns have to mix all their spices and herbs together before they use them? "Cajun Seasoning" is a marketing gimmick and much of what otherwise gets labeled "Cajun" outside of Acadiana also isn't authentic.

This is a good price for seasoned salt, great on eggs. Technically roughly half of each serving is table salt, and the rest is "cajun spices."

Is "cajun spice" equivalent to that chinese 5 spices?
