This seems oversized for most checked bag limits.
31.1" x 20.9" x 13.8"
That's far enough over the 62" standard to be noticeable I fear
Obviously rules and actual enforcement vary, and not everyone is using luggage for flights. but FYI

"This 28" large checked spinner luggage features a scratch-resistant Polypropylene hardshell, measuring 31.1" x 20.9" x 13.8" (including wheels)."
do they not include the wheels in the advertised size? I didn't realize that

It's polypropylene. Bottom of the barrel material for luggage. I will pass. Looking for 100% polycarbonate shell.

Polypropylene material will not hold up well with baggage handlers. Good for traveling in a car though.

Bought this in a set, it's held up for 6 overseas moves in the last 4 years. The build quality is decent enough but I got some of those back up straps just in case the zipper fails,

Samsonite 10 year warranty is awesome, if it does crack they will promptly replace. Been thru it twice with ultra cheap American tourister luggage.
Mine teared near seams. I am thinking to claim warranty but didn't save the receipts. Do they need receipt?

It's been the most durable luggage I have ever owned. Nice and flexible unlike the cheap brittle plastic in other luggages.

But for how many trips will this last? 1st couple of uses, most luggages should be a non-issue. Long term may hold different.
Still looks pretty sharp to me, but again for $100 its definitely worthwhile.

We've had this line of luggage for the last few years. They have held up quite well and we'd recommend them in general. But, we only use the medium and carryon sizes. The large size is just too big, as others have noted.

Even with the medium size, that we frequently use, we often find ourselves close to weight limits. The large would be doubly suspicious by both weight and size limits, practically every time we flew.

I guess that is why it is cheaper than the smaller size. No one wants to take the risk that travel is ruined because of this

Receipt not always needed, but you will need to check if your luggage is still under warranty. You'll have to enter your product id information here [reverselogix.net] to see if eligible and to request service repair.

This is an excellent deal. I have all 3 sizes. Used them multiple times to travel overseas. This is the biggest bag allowed for check-in. This is definitely not crappy as some comments suggested. I have compared it with all the bags available at Costco as well as Samsonite Omni, Omni 2 and Omni PC, this is by far the best. Material of the bag is important but the quantity of the zipper and wheels are important as well. This zipper and wheels of this bag are the best I have seen. Also, how much the bag weighs is by far the most important thing to consider. Almost all airlines allowed up to 50 lbs per check in. If your bags weight 16 lbs, you are left with 34 lbs to pack. That's not much for a 30" bag. Polycarbonate weights more, it may be okay for a 26" bag but not the 30". I won't recommend ABS but I consider Polypropylene a happy medium. With this price, you really can't go wrong. However, do you really need a 30" check in? It's huge.

By the dimensions they come up at 65 62 is what I am seeing as the limit from airlines.
