This seems oversized for most checked bag limits.
31.1" x 20.9" x 13.8"
That's far enough over the 62" standard to be noticeable I fear
Obviously rules and actual enforcement vary, and not everyone is using luggage for flights. but FYI

"This 28" large checked spinner luggage features a scratch-resistant Polypropylene hardshell, measuring 31.1" x 20.9" x 13.8" (including wheels)."
do they not include the wheels in the advertised size? I didn't realize that

It's polypropylene. Bottom of the barrel material for luggage. I will pass. Looking for 100% polycarbonate shell.

I have the previous "generation" to this model and have had it as my "big boy" suitcase for just shy of a decade. It's held up incredibly well. I'm not sure how. It feels kinda flimsy but doesn't flamsy. I think the ridges of the design give the shell more rigidity than the material by itself would have otherwise. I honestly have no complaints except it's not "pleasing to the touch" as is the standard for most hard shell luggage. It's incredibly light, but never feels cheap.

the medium size comes in at 60.9, and I'm assuming that it's before expanding.

Polypropylene material will not hold up well with baggage handlers. Good for traveling in a car though.

Just traveled with this internationally through Asia, and the polypropylene actually holds up quite well. Wheels move well and overall quite sturdy.

But for how many trips will this last? 1st couple of uses, most luggages should be a non-issue. Long term may hold different.

Heard cheap 100% polycarbonate can be worse because it's so thin it cracks more?

Samsonite 10 year warranty is awesome, if it does crack they will promptly replace. Been thru it twice with ultra cheap American tourister luggage.
