Same exact situation happened to me. Wasted an hour with support and still didn't get refunded the full 50%
They recharged you a higher amount? I got a substitution no problem and discount stuck. Did the substitution increase the cost of the order or something?

Yep, same with me. I spent talking to 3-4 different CS people, but no results at all. The last person told me that they have processed the refund, but I highly doubt.
I got a substitute, which was $3 more than what I ordered, and they somehow removed the discount, which I came to know when my order was delivered and my card was charged full amount without discount.
Same! Dasher adjusted the quantity of one item and I even added a couple items before the dasher finished shopping and 50% off never went away.
