It all depends on what you're using it for. However with all things being equal, I personally like the HP at BB a little better.

Tough choice. HP has glossy 400 nit screen, Acer matte 300 nit screen. If you use outdoors the Acer screen might serve you better. AMD HP probably better for light gaming but either fine for most users.

This is a pretty good price, an additional $50 off from the advertised 06/18/2025 price:
https://www.theweeklyad.com/costco-weekly-ad/7/

I picked up the 512 GB model from the antonline ebay sale last month: https://slickdeals.net/f/18290662-acer-aspire-14-ultra-5-226v-16gb-ram-512gb-ssd-touchscreen-1200p-499-99
The build quality feels fairly solid considering it has a plastic chassis and aluminum outer shell:

Is the ram upgradeable? If not, how does this dell compare to this acer?

https://www.costco.com/.product.4000358293.html

I need one that can handle lots of multi tasking for work. My current Lenovo is dying and all these browsers and meeting apps are such resource hogs.

Get this if you need 1Tb storage or Thunderbolt 4.

Get the other one if you need better graphics performance
