I use the large one at the beach every year. Had it for...10+ years. Bought a second one last year since I have big teens now. Both work brilliantly.
I have the smaller umbrellas on our kayaks. I got a piece of drift wood that fits in my fishing rod holder and I attach the umbrella to it. It does cause me fits sometimes when changing positions because of all the positions but it's easy to move around. Just be patient. I've had my 2 small ones for 3 years now and use them almost every weekend in the summer. No issues. Just ordered 2 more for kids and 2 xl version for upgrades for the adults.

I used my umbrella for the first time yesterday and it fell apart at the top with 1 gust of wind 😭. The support sticks all connect at 1 point in the center of the umbrella and it's all held in by 1 piece of thin metal wire. Im going to try to fix it and reinforce it. It's a shame because the rest of the umbrella is pretty well built.
Managed to fix my umbrella with some stainless wire of similar gauge to the original. Was a little tedious but now it's back in business. I will say the umbrella material is pretty easy to scratch and put holes in so be careful with that. I think im going to fill the cavities in between the umbrella posts in the center holding the wire in with some epoxy putty so it doesn't slip out again.

We have a couple of these (standard size), and they are incredibly versatile in the angles that they can be positioned in. Build quality is also good. No issues with them falling apart after a couple of uses. I went ahead and got a couple of the XL sizes.
