Idk that this is "slick" You can get 26 servings of Dymatize right now in vanilla or chocolate for the same basically $30 ($29 S&S). Better quality and taste IMO.

So $1 for 30 grams of protein seemed like a good deal (to me), but I don't have much data for comparison. Can you give some hints on what price points I should be looking for?
Most protein powders are gonna be anywhere from 25-30g of protein per serving/scoop. 5g of protein isn't a HUGE dealbreaker, but there can be a big range in price when buying protein. Usually what I aim for is 50 cents for serving, or 25-30g of protein for 50 cents. This ONLY applies to powders. For Protein bars which are usually around 20-25g, I aim for $1 a bar. This premier protein is $1 a serving, which is double what I aim for when getting powders.

There was a deal on here a few days ago for three 3-pound tubs of Dymatize protein for $75(9 pounds total). Each serving is 25g of protein and 42 servings per tub. That means each serving is 60 cents. That's pretty close to my 50 cent goal, so I went ahead on bought it. It's also Whey Isolate, which tends to mix and be a bit easier on the stomach, but even more, generally costs an extra 10-20% more than Whey Concentrate. I personally don't care much about that, but some people do. Dymatize also tends to mix really well and have good tasting protein which is also a plus. So for all that together, 10 more cents per serving is a solid deal when my goal is 50 cents on ANY kind of protein, which will usually be concentrate that doesn't always taste that great.

You can get 3 bags (90) servings of Granite Supplements Isolate for less after 20% off coupon and S&S. If you have 15% off S&S for August it's an even better deal. Works out to $17.97 for me per bag after 15% S&S and tax. The bags are roughly 3lbs. It is higher in calories per 25 grams of protein at 150 calories per serving but each flavor I've tried has tasted very good in just water.

I just checked that out and the lowest I could get it before tax was 64 cents a serving. So while that is a pretty solid deal, the one I just mentioned at 60 cents a serving is still a bit better.

Fair enough. It worked out to under 50 cents for me earlier this morning for 3 bags but I didn't check if they jacked up the price which is always a possibility.
