But at least being Sennheiser they'll sound pretty good. Don't care about ANC though. What's the draw with these other than any other pair of $100 headphones?

The Accentums sound better than the Momentums I received sounded and don't have the underwater feeling from the ANC. They do feel noticeably cheaper than the Momentums did and are smaller but still fit over my ears quite well. I use them mostly for watching movies or listening to music and have no complaints comparing them to anything else in the $100-250 price range.
