Harbor Freght also has a nice Betsy Flags brand American flag (nylon, sewn stripes and embroided stars) that's 100% made here in America by Valley Forge Company, Inc. Regular price is $19.99... Inside Track members pay $16.99. I bought one recently and find it comparable to other USA-made 3 x 5 flags selling for $30+.

I've been purchasing flags from the American Legion, their prices are reasonable and I like to help this great organization.
If I remember correctly, I purchase a couple at a time to save on shipping.
I prefer their nylon flag over the polyester one.

Love how they use an American flag in the ad to make you think it is American made but when you look at the words it just says "quality made American flag." When you look at the HF adds, you will notice that their flags say "not available in Minnesota." I guess they have a law that says that American flags have to be U.S. made. (Probably a large flag company that made a campaign contribution.)
