Per Jackery Official website, the cell-type for 3000 Pro is Lithium-ion. The 2000 Plus cell type is LFP.

Both have 2 panels. The 2000 Plus is better. It might have a smaller battery pack, natively, but it's expandable unlike the 3000 Pro. Oh yeah, and the lithium ion vs LFP.
