In for 1, saw it at $649.99. $600 seems like a decent deal. Excited to try UW Oled

It's amazing. I love it. Mine is next to an older UW IPS and there is a clear difference.

Yes this is an ultrawide. It has a 21:9 aspect ratio.

I have this monitor and like it. Just know that this thing has all sorts of other uses. It has build in software where you can use streaming apps as well.
My only complain is using multiple inputs that are PCs can be a pain.

I have the 32" Odyssey Neo G7 4K UHD 165Hz 1ms(GTG) Quantum HDR2000 Curved Gaming Monitor Would this be a huge upgrade to that monitor?

Specs say no gsync and peak brightness is 250? Isn't that kind of low?

My only issue is the low vertical resolution (1440), I need 2160.
LG 40WP95C-W 40" has 2160, but the refresh rate is only 72, and LG is nano-led vs oled.
You can't have it all, I'll wait.

Not only that, but I believe this has the older subpixel layout that made everybody complain about text clarity issues

Aren't most oleds low nits to prevent burn in?
If they had 1k nits I don't think they would last long...

Not sure if this oled is good or not but someone mentioned that has similar specs that I saved for later if anyone interested:
$550 Philips Evnia 34M2C6500 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...PDKIKX0DER

Good to know. I definitely don't want a monitor that has all the bloatware that plagues TVs.

It's basically a TV in widescreen monitor shape.

There are two models on Samsung.com.

One is $600 and the other is $1079 - both EPP prices.

The titles indicate that the $600 is NOT glare free and NOT smart; specs indicate otherwise.

Anyone know what is going on?

Is this model glare free and smart?

Edit:
$600 - LS34DG850SNXZA
$1079 - LS34DG856SNXZA

What is the price supposed to show before the discount? Currently listed at $899. Is that correct before the discount?
