600 joules surge protection = just above minimum to be called a surge protector (almost no protection)
nothing about clamping voltage listed

Garbage product but SD doesn't care, they gotta get those commissions

I also have the coupon on black.

It looks like this is a new product variant? There are ZERO reviews for the black 2-pair, and only 2 reviews for the white. All other reviews are for a previous or alternate version of the product. That might be why they are on sale.

I bet this has an annoying blue LED on it.

The cord is SHORT. Only 2 feet long.

The white and black coupons appear to be separate. More important, they are re-usable, so order as many as you want.

This is decent if you need more outlet but not for protection. No clamping voltage listed no go. A good clamping voltage for a surge protector is 330V or lower. Lower clamping voltages indicate better protection, as they mean the surge protector will respond more quickly to a voltage spike and divert it away from your connected devices

Without surge protection it is still a good deal for the price.

OOS. The flat angled plug wouldn't work for my use case anyway - check if it will for yours.

I would happily consider this deal particularly for the flat plug, which would be useful if an outlet is behind a couch and I want to plug in a lamp. I wouldn't consider this for higher end electronics, but it has its everyday uses.
