If this is something you'll regularly use, better to buy during ANY sale than to wait around until you need it last minute and pay full price, or buy something cheaper that breaks.
Personally, I ended up buying the Strongway 3-in-1 from Northern Tool [northerntool.com] back during a deal for use in our small business, and it's more than paid for itself, particularly in being able to use it as a lay-flat cart instead of just as a hand truck. The extra vertical rail on the Strongway has been great for my use, but the lay-flat foot plate on the Cosco may actually be more worth it for other applications.
I have been using an earlier Cosco version for last 7 years at my business and rentals. The plastic latch holding the cart upright finally broke after accidentally dropping the cart off my pu truck. My fault. Great timing to replace it with this newer version. I love the plastic tires never needing to pump air, convertible multi-positions, and now the new foldable wide lip design so you roll carry larger items. Saw it in-store but haven't been lower than $99 for new design . Definitly worth it. Aluminum wont rust either. Well made. Thanks OP
