Timing: The Evian Summer Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on July 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 8, 2025
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older and the legal age of majority as of date of entry.
Prize: Two (2) Grand Prizes [one (1) available to be won by all entrants and one (1) available to be won only by entrants that select Kroger as their preferred retailer at time of entry]: A four (4) day/three (3) night trip for winner and one (1) travel companion to New York City for the 2026 US Open Tennis Championships in August/September 2026. Trip includes round trip economy class air transportation for winner and travel companion from major airport closest to winner's home to destination city, three (3) nights' hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), ground transportation to/from airport/hotel in destination city, a $250 rideshare gift card for the winner, $500 spending money, awarded as a check and two (2) tickets to a select sessions of the 2026 US Open Tennis Championships. The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is $4,820.
Thirteen (13) First Prizes [available to be won only by entrants that select Albertsons as their preferred retailer then select a specific Albertsons banner store at time of entry]; one (1) prize available to be won per Albertsons banner store: A $500 Albertsons e-gift card, to be awarded via email.
