This is a decent deal. But it was at $125 in April and $130 in February on Amazon. So not the greatest deal on this particular processor. I have it, and it's great.

Not bad if you have an older system. I grabbed it a few months ago for $130 from Amazon to replace my 5600G. Sold my 5600G for $100 and the new, unused cooler from the 5800XT for $30, so not a bad way to keep my system a little more relevant until I do a full upgrade of everything.

My problem was why buy a 5900XT for $220 when you can get 14460k, a board, 32gb of RAM, a 1tb SSD and 2 free games for $298. But I also was in need of new RAM and an SSD. Sucks the 5700x3d is so expensive these days.

Have you tried seeing if your BestBuy will price match? Though you are 4.5 hours away from a MC, you may get lucky and get a BB associate that will price match despite the MC not being local.

worth a try the next time I am in the market for something Microcenter is on their price match list . I bought 2 of these from Amazon when they had them for $120, my comment was just general about always seeing great MC deals I miss out on.
