Same. Not sure of this brand. Read reviews on Amazon and seems like the clip being metal runs on the light and causes it to scratch.

I think the brand has gotten fairly popular recently because of one of their other lights (the sk05 maybe?) which has a popular Kickstarter and has a unique design.

My sense is the brand is fine but you're mostly paying for the design. Otherwise it's overpriced

The bracket is kinda cool, makes me think of all these clip lights that are popular right now, but the 6500k tint is a no go for me.
