Just a heads up. Don't m is if mine was a dud but it would not charge fully and Ali was horrible to work with. Bluetti would not honor since it's not an authorized dealer so I paid 340 for a 36 lb paper weight. I would suggest if you want to be cautious to pay a little more and buy from a reputable source. They are shipped from the us but make it impossible to send back,

Can you expand on your message? What do you mean don't m is if mine was a dud ….it does offer free return within 90 days of purchase….

What about via your credit card? Can't you do a charge back or file a claim?

Ali is a pain to work with. Been burned a few times on there. For big ticket item, it might not be worth the hazzel.

I've never had any issues Aliexpress. I've mostly ordered small electronics and raw LFP cells. But I know I'm rolling the dice every time. From the experience of people around me who have had problems with Ali, they will always let you return for a refund, but never honor free shipping on the return for heavy items.

For an individual to ship something heavy back to China will almost always be more than the cost of the item and that is kind of the gotcha for Ali imo.

I received a dud as well. Received at 0% battery charge, so likely not enough power for the BMS to manage recharging. Difficult return process, but recently Bluetti Power (Aliexpress store) acknowledged it needs to be returned, so hopefully will get return label in the near-term future.

No comments about AliExpress, but I bought the AC180 about 18 months ago for $500. It's an excellent product. But, be aware that Bluetti has a new sequel product with the same performance as the AC180 coming out next week for less than $400. It is smaller and lighter with the same performance. The new product is called the Elite 100 V2.

I bought an AC180 from AliExpress after I saw a deal here weeks back. I was concerned so I registered it and tested it. Turns out I needed to request special firmware to fix a calibration error. Works to spec now. That said it appears that the new "Elite 100 v2" it is a "better product" (lighter, faster charging)...

I would worry about getting a knockoff. It is probably worth it to pay a little extra and order from an authorized vendor which is reputable.

Can't replicate, either $402 w/o panel. The one with panel I get 498, close but not as shown
