This is similar to a previous deal in Feb - not quite as good but decent

This deal is around $251 per 4TB drive, as opposed to $238 per 4TB drive in Feb.

Imo not great value cuz you can grab a good 1tb nvme for around $50~ so this should be around $400~ to be atleast fair price cuz storage prices have plummeted starting of 2025 but the mass market products prices have remained 2024ish (regardless of tariffs) if not in a hurry wait until end of july you can see the market prices to be corrected! Same for television and other electronics prices are still very high! Even though it might seem like a deal!

if you only care about size of the SSD then yes, that might be true, however AFAIK, these SSDs have TLC with DRAM and one of the best on the market for speed, sustained read/write, and durability

Oh yes absolutely they perform as good and even better than 990 pro's! The reason why i say it should be lower is because of the nand prices going down quickly due nand scaling and enterprise demand thanks to AI companies it's a trickle down effect for consumers! But i agree this is one of the fastest consumer ssd's available to buy
