I bought one of these GC from best buy about a month ago and I had the same question but it worked (it wasn't branded as "at home") I would assume these would as well

It does. Bought it this morning and redeemed it on vudu. Fandango gift cards have worked on Vudu for a couple of months now. I remember trying early last year and it didn't but I've since redeemed three regular Fandango gift cards on Vudu with no issues

I had the same issue of never receiving a confirmation email. I did a customer service chat and they immediately emailed the eGift Card.
