Yup, used their text customer service, took them a week to respond that they got it and will get back to me, and never did.

Yup. Same in email. I asked about ingredients in their bottle washing tablets and they just said what i see on the picture. I am 100% sure those are not the complete list of ingredients. Most likely repackaged.
As to this product, you gotta manually remove after steam and turn on the masher.
Would rather get a full automatic one for $45 or so

The purple font on the note makes it super hard to read if you have the dark mode display setting enabled.
