When monitor broke and went to black screen , after contacting amazon and asurion ( assurion declines because monitor has 3 year warranty) support page goes to 404 error from amazon account.
Long story short, both monitor and asurion warranty refunded, because there is no support, no email. Never attempted to pick up phone because asurion stated contact through seller support. KTC-Official is the seller.
Monitor performed great for 1 year 3 months.
Amazon refunded to card 100 percent purchase price
Asurion refunded 100 percent 4 year warranty to amazon store card.
That was the end of my affair with KTC!
To be fair I purchased the asurion warranty in case I had to ship it back. It would have been an arm and leg either way for a 27" Mini LED> Box size was for like a 42 inch tv. Amazon also footed the UPS back to them as they made the decision with one call resolution to accept the monitor back for refund on behalf of the seller KTC_Digital. You have been warned!
