I just got the same phone but with 128GB memory for $100. Would have gotten this if I'd waited a couple of days as you could just add an SD card. Its for my son. I already have the same and it works great. There was a deal not long ago with unlimted talk and text for a year for around $100, but couldn't find it or anything similar. He's already on that plan, which I think costs $15 a month so getting that plan for a year and the phone would have been nice. This will get him minutes/text and service days that he won't need unless he goes off the plan, then they should still be there. I don't usually have a plan, so a years worth of service is $50 if I was to update it now on my phone. For $60 you get a years worth of service and text/minutes AND a new phone. This really is a great deal.

Anyone know if the bootloader can be unlocked on this?Motorolas seem to be hit or miss, but the Moto Stylus 5G (2023) I got from Boost last year was bootloader unlockable after the phone was SIM unlocked (180 days back then).Blah blah blah, no one roots phones...except people like me who prefer AdAway to VPN-based solutions (because I have need to use a real VPN on a regular basis) and like unlimited Google Photos without the annoying caveats of non-root solutions.

Unfortunately does not appear to have snapdragon processor

Anyone know how compatible this is with T-Mobile 5G network?

Can anyone remind me please what the process is to "add" this new plan to an existing device/line? Going the other direction is fairly straightforward (you just pick the "keep my number" option during activation). Is it that one needs to first move the existing line to the new phone/plan and then move it again to the old device (using an extra BYOP SIM)?

Been using Tracfone for many years, rolling over leftover 1500 talk/text/data. Typically would have a lot talk minutes left, but text and data didn't last as long.
Last year, I ended up with a Samsung A25 with unlimited talk and text with 24gb of data. I personally think this is the best plan offered by QVC and HSN and would select the unlimited plan over the 1500 when available.
Overall, been very happy with Tracfone. You just have to be very patient with their customer service.

That one doesn't come with the 1 yr plan. The plan itself is just as valuable if not more valuable than the phone itself.

My dad have tracfone nokia flip phone for emergency. He doesn't like smart phone.
Is it possible to get this deal and transfer minutes/text to his existing tracfone (flipphone)?

If yes, do I need to do by calling tracfone or can be done online?
