I always trust something that is "UNIVERSITY TESTED" and has many photoshopped pictures. Count me in.

I've used this before and it works (or at least I didn't see a rattlesnake).

These days my dog alerts me. My dog's a former Indian nation "rez dog" and knows about rattlesnakes. (My previous dog wasn't as savvy.) Strangely enough, my dog found a rattlesnake in my yard this morning.

this is more convenient than a res dog. The closest res to me is 3hr drive maybe more because of Hurricane Heleen's flioding and landslides and unless the Harrahs there offers boxing or mma fights the orange hair orangutan probably isnt in a hurry to get the roads fixed and the curvy roads are slow travels. Not like the res is in a great location. And once in arrive everything closes at 8pm so i gotta move quick or have to stay the night. But where do i get a snake res dog? i guess maybe start looking at index cards posted at the pancake restaurants or casino or maybe just ask the casheirs everywhere i go? geesh i might strike out and not even find one or afford one. If i do get lucky, ill name it lucky but per lb a lot of dog food costs more than the meat i can afford to feed my family with. this may be a better deal than getting a snake dog

Well, this deal is getting zero attention, so I'll tell you about my rez dog! Animal Control caught my dog at the reservation and then a humane society rescued him from the pound (and likely euthanasia) and transported him to town. I then adopted him from the humane society. My rez dog already knows what rattlesnakes are and alerts me to them via hysterical barking. He's found three in the last year or so. My previous dog was a "regular" stray I found on the street (not a rez dog) and he would approach rattlesnakes and try to sniff them. So I ended up using snake repellant granules to keep the rattlesnakes away from the house and the dog. To get a rez dog, maybe first check with a humane society?
