The Amazon basics AA batteries has 1000 charge cycles rating vs the lithium batteries with 3000 charge cycles rating. The LiPo batteries have about a 7% greater capacity which means more playing time (4800mWh vs 5180mWh).
Really up to you to decide which you would use more.

They did not come charged, but everything seems to be charging up nice. They have smart charging and should hypothetically be able to chill until I need to swap.
My Xbox is primarily for solo playing. If this works as intended, absolutely worth it vs swapping out disposable batteries once a week.
Years from now, Xbox batteries will be trash. At least the AA can be put in an old remote.
These are currently $19.99 and have worked very well for us. The price bounces around alot.
