No, I don't think Klein is making fake Klein insulated screwdrivers.

These are fakes and not even convincing ones. Would you risk getting electrocuted to save 5 bucks?
I don't think they are fake. They are being sold directly from Klein

I bought some similar ones off aliexpress..no brand electrician ones. Is there something special that makes them real or not?

Kleins have properly shaped and hardened tips to fit screws well without stripping them out and are actually tested and certified for high voltage use. Using some cheap generic AliExpress insulated screwdriver is shaking hands with danger.

Good to know...I was only gonna use them on a hvac unit to touch the capacitor terminals to each other to discharge the capacitor
...ive done it with regular a screwdriver but wanted a safety factor

I just bought one with changing tip from Lowes. If you only need one you will use occasionally and need just flat and Phillips, thst looks great and feels quality and does two in one, I would recommend that.

In the US there are many tests that tools go through to receive different electrical certifications. If you buy anything from outside of the US, or without these certifications, you're risking serious injury. Electricity isn't something you want to mess with, it only takes 15mA (0.015 amps) before you're unable to let go of the tool, and it's that constant current running through your body that does serious damage

These Klein's say "meets or exceeds" the relevant safety standards, which is usually code for they are self declaring but don't actually hold a safety certification. You want something that has a NRTL Mark like UL to ensure it has been tested and certified to these standards that address the shock hazards.

Personally, I wouldn't worry about it for non-industrial A/C capacitors. After turning the power off, I've never thought twice about shorting them out with a regular non-insulated screwdriver.
