This is a great deal on this watch. It's not for everyone, but if you are a watch person and like unique features, the depth gauge on this watch is patented and not available on any other watch, regardless of price. Yes, of course, a "real scuba diver" is going to use far more sophisticated electronics. But if that's your response, you can keep it to yourself along with your "My apple watch is SO MUCH BETTER!!!!" comment. Because... you don't get it.
Yes, it's big. And for some reason there is no official thickness provided to this watch, different reviews give different specs. Teddy Baldassarre's review said 13mm and I'd trust that..
No, you're not going to get the factory warranty but you'll get 30 days to figure out if there are any problems right out of the box. Then you get two years from Watchmaxx, YMMV on what that's worth.
Pro Tips: At checkout, put your wrist size in the notes and they will size the bracelet for you. Use Amazon Pay to avoid the 3% restocking fee if you return the watch. There is 2% CB from a reputable CB website. You may not pay tax, no tax charged to CA.

Waiting for a good Calibre 400 deal...
Waiting for a good Calibre 400 deal...
It's such a unique piece, the allure of the Depth Gauge isn't the movement (plus no exhibition caseback). Same as the Oris Regulateur "Der Meistertaucher" which I'd love to see a deal on. That's probably never going to get the 400 either because the movement has to be modified so much to drive the complications.
I understand the SW-200 vs 400 preference if you're talking about a standard Aquis where both are available. And then there's a newer version 400-02 because the original 400 had issues. People are even reporting a third generation 400. I was waiting for a deal on the 41.5mm Aquis 400 with blue face and black band but after doing a ton of research I think I'm going to stick with Stilleta since I'm going gray market.
You are right though that you can't even pay out-of-pocket for repair of a gray market 400. Yikes! Here's the link from the authorized Oris repair center - https://thewatchmaker.c
