Was about to get this set until I read reviews. If a stainless steel set doesn't mention the steel grade then it's a pass for me

You obviously have no experience with Calphalon Premiere cookware.

Some reviews mention the rim chipping off even after getting a replacement. Others mention the actual steel flaking off on food. That's enough reasons for me to pass on this. When buying stainless steel you want 18/10 (higher end) or 18/8. This product fails to mention what grade it is
