This keyboard has so many issues. I had to go through lengthy 2 RMA process with Corsair, where I got the 2nd replacement still with issue (unresponsive at times, RGB light on some keys are stuck).
The iCUE software is cumbersome as well. Please note that there is no arrow keys. You have to click Fn+I,J,K,L for arrow function.
