I've had this for 3 years since July of 2022 and it hasn't given me any problems. Daily morning double iced espressos for both me and the wife with a few button presses. During winter it's cappuccinos and lattes every morning. Winter weekends, it lattes and cappuccinos by the fireplace. Beats donating tons of $$$ to Starbucks like we used to do. I've even carried it over to family Xmas parties and it was a smash hit, lattes and cappuccinos for everyone .. nonstop...with a few button pushes.
This deal is about $50 cheaper then when I bought it at $575 and that was a great deal back then. One thing, if you do get this...MAKE SURE TO CLEAN IT WITH A COFFEE GREASE REMOVER TABLET EVERY MONTH...you'll thank me later!

Pretty good deal. For Costco members, they have the LatteGo 3200 for $499 + $10 shipping. I'd go that route for the better return policy. Lots of reviews on these automatic machines say they break down quickly so better to buy through Costco:

Great deal on a great machine. Lowest ongoing cost of any superautomatic and by far the easiest to clean with the LatteGo system. The milk and espresso on something like a Bambino Plus with a DF64 will for be noticeably better, but for work mornings, absolutely nothing beats the single button press and rapid heatup on this.

I have the non latte go version, highly recommend the 3200. Makes great coffee and it's stupid easy to operate. I make quad shot every morning, with dark chocolate syrup, milk and ice for homebrew iced mocha.

I bought a refurbished one back in Dec 2020 ($599) and we make an average of 5 shots a day so... Probably 8000+ shots now. I've had to replace the milk carafe because the plastic starts to degrade. I've also had to replace 2 different pumps that started to leak at different times. These were easy to do and YouTube has great tutorials on how to diagnose and replace parts. Due to the repairability and consistently delicious cappuccinos we still love this machine. 90% of the time we use the Lavazza Super Crema beans.

Not really comparable to a ninja lux. Ninja lux is an automatic, Philips is super automatic. You will probably get better espresso pulls with the ninja, but will also be more work. Also, the advantage of the preset drinks with one touch capabilities make the 3200 more versatile. I have had both and would choose the 3200.

Can you tell me what you use for this? Our machine is making a mess inside and I have a feeling it is the greasy coffee... Thanks in advance! We have this machine too and have loved it, but lately the "pucks" have been exploding all over the inside 😄

I have this and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. Seriously. It's been one of my favorite purchases in years. The fact that it uses whole beans is so good and it's so easy to clean and use. I can't recommend it enough.
The only problem is that I now have 5 cappuccinos and lattes a day! 🙃

Have had this for 3 years, pretty solid machine overall. That said, the drink options can be a bit confusing though. From what I can tell, the coffee latte and macchiato it makes are basically the same drink

I have the 4300 version for about 4 years now. It's been great, my milk carafe is leaking slightly at the bottom, due to the plastic. But other than that it works great, I'll replace the milk crafae eventually but I don't mind wiping up a little. It's been a powerhouse, I highly recommend this.
