You need to upgrade bios to FB1(MB rev 1.2)/ F30(MB rev 1.0/1.1) or newer.

Got it to work with a 9700x and 96GB. Needed to update the BIOS manually with the Q-flash procedure. It's been trouble-free for 6 months. This is also an insane price at $150, no brainer

Did all kinds of BIOS updates, cmos clearing, new ram installs. Still couldn't get it after 2 months of stress.
