How does this compare to a Coleman Convoy 65 with wheels for $99 at Marshalls?

I've been researching coolers for over a month. If you want a high performance cooler like a rotomolded type but don't want to spend $300 or deal with heavy weight or tiny capacity, this is your goldilocks model. At 45 qt it's not too small like a 35 qt or huge on the outside like a 55 qt roto molded Yeti style cooler. At 20 lbs it's also in between a cheap Igloo and 30 lb roto molded style. It has the high performance model features like thick insulation, gasketed lid, lockable, tie down points, and built like a tank. I think it will outlive you easily.

That said I went with a wheeled Vevor cooler at $90 because I wanted wheels and something better than our twenty year old cheap cooler. It's even lighter at 13 lbs. I don't really NEED a week's worth of ice retention, tie down points, or lockability.

I wish I could make the case to get this. Maybe it makes more sense for you.

Judging by the weight, the convoy is more like an Igloo BMX style cooler ie just better than a cheap cooler and with some rugged looking features. The Pro is the heavier more robust design.
