It's probably 50 percent sunflower oil. Don't buy olive oil unless the merchant tests it regularly (like Trader Joe's)

Costco still has it beat. They have the Terra Delyssa 2 pack of Organic EVOO 67.63 total oz for $16.69. The price just inched up recently, it was $14.99 for the 2 pack!

I generally don't like buying these big brand supermarket oils but this is certified by NAOOA https://www.aboutoliveoil.org/pompeian

bruh every single time there's an olive oil sale some jabroni floats the EVOO conspiracy of the bottle being impure or half sunflower oil. Not only is it impractical but it's non sense. Big brand olive oils are not any less olive oil than your trader joe's. You would know from the first smell if its a fake product or not. I buy EVOO almost every single sale ive seen posted and have yet to get a fake product. Sure there are different degrees of quality and I consider the robust EVOO Bottom tier because its a little bitter/peppery but it's still EVOO.

oh, hell yeah there's a difference. you've never been to the small towns in Greece that make the real EVOO. it was a freaking eye opener for me. its night and day. EVOO from the store tastes like complete shit. just use it for cooking because nobody will sell the good stuff commercially here.

Then why no class action lawsuit? Attorneys want their $millions if the target is so obvious. The big brands, big stores would all be on the hook.

In the USA there's three organizations that certify olive oil: the North American Olive Oil Association (NAOOA), the California Olive Oil Council (COOC), and the Extra Virgin AllianceCalifornia Olive Ranch is a widely available brand that's good for the price. With imported Italian oils look for a DOP certification.

This is poor quality olive oil made from not olive oil. It's made with blends of oil we don't really recognize in the United States and they happen to not be very good for you.

Google information about olive oil and you'll see that this one is lowly rated.

A basic test you can do with olive oil , it swirl a little around your mouth and if you get a bitter taste in the back of your throat, it's either real olive oil or has an additive to make the back of your throat feel bitter. It's inconclusive but narrows it down to those who happen to figure out what real olive oil is yet.

Olive oil is so healthy for you that if you don't take the time to get an olive oil that's actually olive oil, you are completely missing the boat. And your pursuit of good health you should journey towards finding recipes that use olive oil and incorporated in your diet. If that's too much trouble just drink a shot of olive oil every day, or every day you can manage. Another tragedy as people get a good bottle of olive oil but they don't cook much so it just goes to rancid after not much time. If you wanna deal with reality you see what a colossal waste doing that is both for health and money. Just take a shot of olive oil each day till the bottle runs out. Or make simple three gradient recipes that include olive oil. It makes your shopping manageable too. You don't have to get 17 ingredients to make it casserole or whatever. The typical American mindset.

Good luck to both the winners and mediocre haters who will surely respond.
