It was as low as $30 at Costco (https://slickdeals.net/f/17145073-ymmv-costco-member-lego-sets-on-clearance-29-97) which made it worth at least the pieces as it has a nice variety. But all the buildings are super shallow and tiny........at $70 it's barely worth it. There is very little details within each space. The mini figs are cool at least.

I have mine in a bag and plan on eBaying it.
