This any better than the bottles they sell also for $5.99 at Aldi? The Aldi syrup is lighter and is OK.
Thanks for any info and or opinion!

I was wondering this too. The maple syrup at Aldi is Grade A Amber and the one on this post is Grade A Dark, which is one level higher on the color/taste grading system. This means that Grade A Dark should have a more robust maple taste than the Aldi one (Grade A Amber). The Aldi maple syrup is pretty light in taste in my opinion, so I will try this one.

It charges ~ $10/bottle at S&S checkout, but shows the sale price on the product page. Any insight?

Interesting in a web browser session on my desktop I see it at $11.99 on the product page, however in the Amazon mobile app on my phone I previously added it to my cart at $5.99 but didn't check out. I just completed check out and got it for $5.99 which was surprising as I had assumed they'd raise the price as I tried to check out. Afterwards I checked the product page on their mobile app and it's showing as $11.99.

From Louisiana, everyone down here eats Steens cane syrup. Similar to molasses, but sweeter. Every morning on the biscuits

Probably explains why Louisiana has the 7th highest mortality rate for diabetes in the US. 🤔
