Unless something has changed, I've always had great, no leak performance out of this brand. Duracell, however, are absolutely guaranteed to leak at some point, it should be their new catch phrase/mission statement.

I do not need more AAA batteries...Just bought 48 package of AC Delco...I recommend AC Delco brand of Chinese made batteries...Never had one leak and I tested 1/2 of the 48 batteries, and they all test at 1.59 Volts...

The worst! Rayovac batteries have leaked/corroded and ruined many of my devices over the years. They even leak (before expiration) when kept in a dark/cool location. Never had a problem with others: Panasonic, AC Delco, EBL .. to name a few.

Amazon would never stoop to selling a knock off carrying a name like royovac, All Amazon knock off garbage carries the same name as the real legitimate product. For example you will never see a Sharpie pen on Amazon carrying the proud SharpEi name!!!

Same here. Never again for Rayovac. They even leak in the unopened package.

These thing are 100% guaranteed to leak a greasy acid with white powder crystals. These, along with Duracells and some Energizers now leak when they never used to. I've been switching to lithiums in expensive devices that require the full 1.5 volts and mostly rechargeables for things that don't.

Been using made in America, Rayovac batteries for years. never had any leak, unless I kept them in a device, in a damp basement, and forgot about them. I'll support American made batteries versus cheap Chinese junk any day.

My experience is that Duracell are bad but these are worse. 10-20% leak before getting out of the package.
