They have conditioned the public to inflationary pricing and are taking advantage of it.

I don't get the price of oats. 42oz at the grocery store is $9.49 now. Generic is not much less. This is 3X as much for $3 less. Is the tube that expensive?

How do you eat these? I always end up buying and maybe make overnight oats for a week and then stop. What other ways do you guys eat this?

I grind it to make oat flour for baking and to make cream of oats, which is like cream of wheat but a lot cheaper with bulk oats.

The price of rolled or cut Oats is ridiculous. Our son, that farms full-time, lost his Oat crop this year to 12" of rain on it in a matter of a couple weeks. He grows them to grind with corn and protein pellet feed for his cattle herd. He had to purchase 200 bushel of bulk Oats from a farmer at $3.50/bushel. It's almost cheaper for him to buy his Oats than plant them and take a chance on a bad crop. I cannot for the life of me figure out how or why they're so expensive in the stores.
